This farm in Red Hill has great views over the bay and into the farm’s bushland.
This is the 6th renovation in the property’s history, so knitting together some very disparate elements was one of the requirements.
While having this as one aim, there was also a preference for the three separate parts of the dwelling to retain their individuality, along with sheds and an old set of stables, so some judicious detailing was called for.
The renovation looks to make the most of panoramic views over the bushland property and over Port Phillip bay.
The new configuration sees a property that can accommodate families with a range of generations, with good disabled access provisions, as well as service the needs for the farm and house the farm equipment.
